Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples to live in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and guidance to 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting; nine days on, three days off during initial phase, with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent in the same student home; relocation to Hershey, PA required; benefits include full medical/dental/vision, retirement, life/disability, PTO; must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, high school diploma or GED, commitment to a smoke-free/weapon-free campus; two-person application requirement for consideration.
