Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver (Flex Houseparents) needed for Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. A two-person, married-couples role serving as Full-time Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent role with continuation of same student group. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and housing on campus. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
