Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver roles for married couples in on-campus student homes. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside with 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The position starts with a nine-on, three-off duty cycle and transitions to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Two-person, fully on-site roles on a university campus with a strong emphasis on safety, integrity, and student development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
