Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver: two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a dedicated student home.
