Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring approximately 8–13 students in an on-campus home, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine-days-on/three-days-off duties to a fixed student-home placement. Requires on-site, full-time work with relocation to Hershey, PA; benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Must have experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus behavior policies; education requirement is a high school diploma or GED.
