Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for a two-person, legally married couple who will reside on campus at Milton Hershey School to serve as Flex Houseparents. The positions involve living in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and handling budgeting and household reporting. Initially, couples support multiple student homes with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, then transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Compensation includes salary per person with full benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
