Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver is a Full-time, on-campus role for married couples to live in student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, supervision of routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning of development and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and chapel. The role involves nine days on duty followed by three days off, with an eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older; relocation to Paradise, KS initially with potential relocation to Hershey, PA.
