Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students; responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; progression to Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home. Benefits include salary per person, health benefits, retirement options, paid time off, relocation assistance, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Relocation assistance provided
