Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, fully on-campus live-in role as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-site student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a flexible unit to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Schedule initially involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided. Qualified applicants must be a legally married couple for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older; HS diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; strong integrity and professionalism; willingness to work in a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
