Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples who will reside on Milton Hershey School on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring groups of 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. Initially a nine days-on, three days-off schedule, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in a dedicated student home. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, on-campus housing, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Requires two-year married status, both spouses age 27+, and a high school diploma or GED, with a valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Two-year marriage minimum for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Proselytizing prohibited
- High school diploma or GED required
