Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver — two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes (8–13 students) at Milton Hershey School. Couples provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance; manage household routines and student schedules; administer medications; drive students to activities; plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions; accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting. Work schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
