Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on-campus at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 813 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and undergo relocation to Hershey, PA with benefits including medical/dental/vision, retirement, and paid training. Requires a valid U.S. driver license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and high school diploma or GED. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and legally married for at least two years; the role begins as Flex Houseparent and may transition to Placed Houseparent.
