Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in on-campus homes, coordinating daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, and guiding students through devotions and chapel. The role progresses from initial placement in multiple student homes to a Placed Houseparent assignment with the same group of students. The position requires a legally married two-person team, both spouses aged 27+, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with eligibility to be certified to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided with comprehensive benefits, paid training, housing and meals on duty, and PTO.
