Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver duties include living in on-campus student homes as a two-person Flex Houseparent team, providing daily supervision and mentorship to ~8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental activities, guiding daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from flexible homes to a placed houseparent role while maintaining a structured, family-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- No alcohol permitted while on duty
- Comply with smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy
