Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for a married couple: Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside on-campus, supervising and mentoring a group of students (~813) in a family-like home; responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with an eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with salary around $44,768 per person (approx. $168k total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; requires a two-year married status, age 27+, high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to drive student vans.
