Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for two-person, married-couple team serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Compensation includes per-person salary of $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligibility to become certified to drive school vans; must be married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27+. Relocation to Hershey, PA provided.
