Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver roles for married couples who will live in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in development activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a schedule of nine days on followed by three off; eventual placement as a Houseparent in the same student home; relocation to Hershey, PA with employment benefits and housing included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
