Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver (two-person, married couple) at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person (approximately $44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Must be legally married for at least two years, and both spouses must complete individual applications; requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus policies.
