Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent while living in on-campus student homes with a group of about 8–13 students. This is a two-person role for married couples who will reside on campus, follow a nine-on / three-off duty cycle, support multiple homes initially, and ultimately live with the same student group. Requirements emphasize youth-focused experience, a legally married two-year minimum, both spouses’ age 27+, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain driver’s certification to operate student vans.
