Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential on-campus role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, and lead daily devotions and chapel activities. Responsibilities include managing household routines, budgeting and reporting, coordinating developmental/recreational activities, and supporting a group of approximately 8–13 students. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. Includes relocation assistance, competitive benefits, and paid training.
