Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a Hershey, PA campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students daily, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group in their own home.
