Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver for Milton Hershey School—a two-person, married-couple role living on campus in a student home to supervise 8–13 students. Duties include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
