Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver for Milton Hershey School—a two-person, married-couple role living on campus in a student home to supervise 8–13 students. Duties include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and housing/meal provisions. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, compliance with a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and being part of a legally married two-spouse pair with both spouses aged 27 or older; for consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications.
