Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married two-person team (Flex Houseparents) at Milton Hershey School. Full-time on-campus positions with responsibilities including supervising and mentoring ~8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. Initial nine days on duty followed by three days off; progression to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Salary per person $46,917 plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, fully married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
