Couples reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, including managing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The role progresses from initial assignment to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. The package includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and a total compensation around $168,000 per couple. Two-person, married-couple eligibility is required, with both spouses completing individual applications. The work schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver1s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; MHS staff serve as role models for students
