Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver for on-campus student homes: Full-time Flex Houseparents for groups of 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, and support; duties include managing household routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel; schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older.
