Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver (Flex Houseparents) for Milton Hershey School. A two-person, full-time on-campus role where married couples live with a group of ~8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care; manage household routines, supervise student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and maintain a structured, family-like home environment. Initial schedule: nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed houseparent living in the same student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be age 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; on-site housing and meals while on duty are included in compensation.
