Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person, married-couple role) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, provide care and guidance, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home; relocation to Hershey, PA is required. Requires on-campus living, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license, and compliance with campus policies; benefits include salary per person and relocation assistance.
