Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. The role involves.residing in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students; duties include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule initially consists of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
