Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver for Milton Hershey School is a two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising a group of approximately 8–13 students and guiding academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transitions to living and working with the same group of students in their own home (Placed Houseparent).
