Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for a married couple as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. They reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging students in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and housing reporting, with a nine-on/three-off duty cycle transitioning to a placed houseparent with continuity within the same student home. On-site relocation to Hershey, PA is required; benefits include comprehensive health coverage, paid time off, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Relocation assistance provided
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
