Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, supervising budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like home environment. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, medical/dental/vision coverage, and paid training. Requires a high school diploma or GED, attention to safety on a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and adherence to housing and caregiving standards for a two-person married couple.
