Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married two-person team to live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from Flex Houseparents to Placed Houseparents. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA, with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
