Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples residing on an on-campus student home to supervise and mentor a group of students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule initially runs nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
