Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver for on-campus student homes (Flex Houseparents) where a married couple resides with 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities and coordinating developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts as a nine-consecutive-days-on/three-days-off schedule, with progression to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person with full benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and accrued PTO. Requires two-year married partnership, age 27+, U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED; candidate must complete individual applications for both spouses.
Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
