Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for two-person, legally married couple to live on Milton Hershey School campus in student homes, providing care, supervision, and guidance to 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with a 9-on/3-off schedule initially and eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
