Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for Milton Hershey School: a two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent position living in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and mentorship for approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines, medications, and student schedules, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires a married couple, both aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, relocation to Hershey, PA, and compliance with a smoke-free, weapon-free, and alcohol-free campus environment.
