Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver — two-person, married-couple full-time role living on campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing routines and budgeting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with a consistent nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule. Relocation assistance provided; salary per person ~$46,917 with comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement) and free housing/meals on duty. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, both spouses legally married for at least two years, age 27+, U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and ability to obtain driver certification for student transportation. Prohibits alcohol on duty and requires commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; proselytizing prohibited during chapel activities.
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
