Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, supervising and guiding a group of 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing household routines and budgeting. Initial nine days on, followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent Houseparent assignment. Includes comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Requires two-spouse, legally married status for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and willingness to drive student vans; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no more than three dependent children in the home.
