Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 813 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. At hire, the role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and may transition to a Placed Houseparent with continued same-group housing. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. drivers license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel (Judeo-Christian)
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
