Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) live on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and family-like care to a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and church chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to placed Houseparent roles with the same student home. Schedule initially runs nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to living and working with the same student group in their own home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate with a two-person, married-couple team.
