Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational engagements, lead devotions, and accompany them to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment that fosters academic, emotional, and social development. Initially support various student homes on a nine-on, three-off rotation before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific group. Both spouses must be married for at least two years, age 27 or older, and hold valid driver's licenses. This two-person role requires high integrity and professionalism within a smoke-free, weapon-free campus where only fish and one dog are permitted.
