Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for two-person married couple team. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision and support for approximately 8–13 students, manage routines, supervise daily activities, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a rotating schedule of nine days on duty followed by three days off, transitioning later to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Requires two-year married couple, both spouses 27+, on-campus housing, relocation assistance provided, CDL-type certification to drive student vans, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include salary per person listed at $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits and total compensation around $168,000 per couple, paid training, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Two years of marriage for eligibility
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
