Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver (Full-time Flex Houseparents) for Milton Hershey School. A two-person, married-couple role living on-campus in student homes, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a fixed houseparent role.
