Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples to reside on-campus as Flex Houseparents, providing care, supervision, and guidance to 8–13 students in a home-like setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, transportation to activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and a transitioning pathway to a Placed Houseparent. Salary per person $46,917 with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; two-person on-site housing is included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
