Two-person married couple live on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents to care for 8–13 students, provide supervision, administer medications, drive to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off duty cycle and eventual placement as a Houseparent in the same student home.
