Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for two married individuals functioning as Flex Houseparents at a residential campus. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, administering medications, coordinating daily routines and schedules, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and progressively transitioning to a placed houseparent within the same student home. The position is full-time with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle during initial placement, includes relocation to Hershey, PA, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires teamwork as a two-person couple living on campus, with a commitment to youth development and a campus environment that is smoke- and weapon-free.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
