Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver duties include living with and supervising a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance; administering medications; planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities; driving students to activities; leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; overseeing budgeting and household reporting; and transitioning from a Flex Houseparent (nine days on/three days off) to a Placed Houseparent while residing in the same student home. This is a two-person role for legally married couples (at least two years) with both spouses aged 27 or older; benefits include relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance options, paid time off, and housing and meals on duty. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to drive student vans; lifting up to 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limited pet allowances; and ability to participate in religious activities in alignment with Judeo-Christian services.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
