Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel visits, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Qualifications require youth-related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a legally married two-person couple both aged 27 or older, with limits on dependents; valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to certify to drive student vans; ability to lift 50 lbs; and commitment to a safe campus environment.
