Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel visits, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
