Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples: on-campus, full-time Flex Houseparents who reside with a group of 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leading devotions and chapel attendance. The position includes a rotating nine-on/three-off schedule initially, with potential transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Requires two-person couple, relocation to Hershey, PA, valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; relocation benefits and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
