Job Summary
Two-person residential care role for married couples residing on Milton Hershey School campus. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus home, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. Requires living on campus, nine days on followed by three days off during initial period, with eventual placement in a consistent student home. Must be a legally married couple, both at least 27 years old, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; full-time benefits available.”,
